Former ONE Championship Contender Iuri Lapicus Dies at 27

ONE Championship has confirmed that former contender, Iuri Lapicus, has died at the age of 27.
Recently, it was reported that the fighter had been involved in a motorcycle crash in Italy, which left Lapicus in a coma. Lapicus reportedly died on Monday.

Lapicus (14-2) won his first 14 bouts, before being stopped by Christian Lee in October, 2020. The fighter, who was born in Moldova, made his pro debut in 2014.
