Francis Ngannou Reports He’s Taking Some Time Off After UFC 220 Defeat

After fighting in back-to-back months, and suffering his first loss with the UFC, Francis Ngannou says he’s taking some time off.
The rising star took on heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic last Saturday, at UFC 220, and lost the fight via a clear cut, decision. Ngannou was booked for a title shot, after going 6-0 in the Octagon to date, which included a KO win over Alistair Overeem in December.
Recently Ngannou made the announcement below on Instagram.
