Frankie Edgar Says Conor McGregor is “One Dimensional”, Promises to Take Champ’s “Soul”
By FCF Staff
Frankie Edgar hasn’t been booked to fight Conor McGregor yet, but the featherweight contender is promising to make the latter’s reign as champion a brief one.
Edgar stopped Chad Mendes on December 11th, and as a result, he’s earned a title fight with the newly crowned champ McGregor (who KO’d now former champ Jose Aldo one night later). Since McGregor has repeatedly talked about moving to 155, however, it remains to be seen if and when Edgar will battle for the belt.
Well, recently the former lightweight champ corresponded with fans on Twitter, and here is some of what Edgar had to say about McGregor.
Dana promise me a title shot and this is what I'm gonna get I will not fight anybody else but for the title https://t.co/RL2Jh8jUSo
