For sometime there’s been considerable speculation as to whether former Strikeforce star Gina Carano will return to fighting, and the actress has confirmed she’s meeting with the UFC next week.

Carano, who hasn’t fought since 2009 when she was stopped by Cris “Cyborg”, revealed the news on Arsenio Hall Thursday. While talking to Hall, the 31 year-old relayed she’s “considering” a comeback, and announced she plans to meet with UFC President Dana White in the coming days.

Prior to facing “Cyborg”, Carano won seven straight bouts while competing for Elite XC and Strikeforce.

Carano appeared on the Arsenio Hall show to promote her latest movie “In the Blood”.
