Recently it was announced that Holly Holm will no longer fight Raquel Pennington at UFC 243, and the decorated fighter has provided information on the injury that’s pulled her from the event.

Holm was scheduled to fight the bantamweight contender at this Saturday’s card, which is taking place in Melbourne, Australia. But, the former champion injured her hamstring in training recently, and has been forced off the card.

Since then, the 37-year-old Holm shared out the video statement below, in which she provided more details on her injury.

I wanted to say thank you to all of the fans who are always supporting me. I am super bummed I can’t fight next weekend. I was looking forward to seeing all of you and being able to perform there again in Melbourne. I’m staying positive and will be back to 100% soon. Just a little set back but I’ll be back before you know it 👊🏼.

Holm faced Pennington back in 2015 and worked her way to a split decision win.
