Josh Neer vs. Justin Edwards Added To UFC on FX 5 Oct. 5
Carlo Prater vs. Marcus LeVesseur, Darren Uyenoyama vs. Louis Gaudinot also added to the card

UFC added three fights to its UFC on FX 5 fight card currently scheduled for Oct. 5 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn.
Josh Neer will fight Justin Edwards in a welterweight fight, as Neer looks to rebound from a crushing KO loss to Mike Pyle. Before that, Neer was on a solid six-fight win streak, including two wins inside the UFC – Edwards most recently lost to John Maguire, and likely needs a win to keep his UFC career alive.
Carlo Prater vs. Marcus LeVesseur could end up being a standup war, or a technical ground battle against a skilled wrestler in LeVesseur and a BJJ practitioner in Prater.
Darren Uyenoyama will make his UFC flyweight debut against Louis Gaudinot, as both fighters enter their showdown after wins. Uyenoyama most recently beat Norifumi Yamamoto at UFC on FOX: Velasquez vs. Dos Santos in November 2011, while Gaudinot won a guillotine choke submission against John Lineker at UFC on FOX: Diaz vs. Miller in May.
The main event of UFC on FX will be Travis Browne vs. Antonio ‘Bigfoot’ Silva, with both fighters looking to claw their way towards a UFC heavyweight shot.
Here is what the UFC on FX 5 card currently looks like:
Travis Browne vs. Antonio Silva
Matt Mitrione vs. Rob Broughton
Josh Neer vs. Justin Edwards
Carlo Prater vs. Marcus LeVesseur
Darren Uyenoyama vs. Louis Gaudinot
Jussier da Silva vs. John Dodson
Bart Palaszewski vs. Diego Nunes
