Junior dos Santos Calls “Minotauro” Nogueira The “Greatest Warrior The Sport Has Ever Known”, Following Legend’s Retirement

Following the official announcement that Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is hanging up the gloves, his friend and training partner Junior dos Santos went to Instagram to heap praise on the legend.

On Tuesday, it was confirmed that Nogueira is retiring from pro MMA and will become an ambassador for the UFC in his native Brazil. Not long after, dos Santos posted the following comments:

Hoje o maior guerreiro que esse esporte já conheceu está se aposentando e a única coisa que posso fazer é agradecer, pois esse cara foi o grande exemplo que me levou a superar meus próprios limites e me tornar um vencedor.
