FOX Sports has announced that it has suspended UFC commentator and analyst Kenny Florian, after the retired fighter failed to correctly cite the work of boxing analyst Lee Wylie.

According to reports, the issue arose after Florian made comparisons between boxer Willie Pep and Dominick Cruz in an article he authored for FOX Sports. Wylie proceeded to tweet out that Florian had used direct quotes from his own analysis, but did not cite him as the source.

Florian issued the apology below, and today, FOX Sports announced it has suspended him from his duties.
