RIZIN’s New Year’s Eve card continues to pick up championship fights, as the Japanese promotion has announced flyweight champ Kyoji Horiguchi will battle Nkazimulo Zulu.

Horiguchi (33-5), who previously held RIZIN’s bantamweight title, won the promotion’s inaugural flyweight title last NYE by submitting Makoto Takahashi. More recently, this past June, the Japanese star recorded a decision win over Sergio Pettis in a bantamweight contest.

Zulu (16-6-1) is coming off his RIZIN debut in September, when he recorded a TKO win over Jo Arai. The South African fighter has won three straight.

RIZIN’s “Decade” card will also feature flyweight champ Chihiro Suzuki taking on former champ Kleber Koike Erbst, and lightweight champion Roberto Satoshi facing Vugar Karamov.

Controversial boxing star Ryan Garcia will also battle kickboxing Rukiya Anpo in an exhibition boxing match.

The event will be hosted by the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan. The pay-per-view will be available in North Amercia via Fanmio.
