LFA 69: Brandon Moreno Takes Home Flyweight Belt

LFA 69 took place on Friday night in Cabazon, California, and the card saw UFC vet Brandon Moreno win the flyweight belt.

Moreno secured the title by stopping Maikel Perez in round four. The 25-year-old Moreno (15-5) was competing for the first time since May, 2018, when he lost via decision to Alexandre Pantoja at UFC FN 129.

Main Event – Flyweight Title Fight – Brandon Moreno (15-5) defeated Maikel Perez (7-2) via TKO at 1:54 in round four.
Co-Main Event – Lightweight Fight – Arthur Estrazulas (11-4) submitted Steve Kozola (9-3) with a rear-naked choke at 2:32 in round one.
Bantamweight Fight – Desmond Torres (7-1) submitted Jose Medina (4-1) with an arm triangle at 1:23 in round three.
Bantamweight Fight – Kyle Estrada (9-4) defeated Rickey Furar (4-2) via TKO (referee stoppage due to injury) at 0:19 in round two.
Strawweight Fight – Vanessa Demopoulos (3-1) defeated Nadine Mandiau (0-1) via verbal submission (armbar) at 2:37 in round one.
Natan Levy (4-0) defeated Nick Badis (1-0) via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28).
