Marlon Moraes’ Manager Says They’ll Push For Jimmie Rivera Fight, if WSOF Champ Inks UFC Deal

Marlon Moraes continues to talk with the UFC, and if the free agent, WSOF champ signs a deal, his manager would like to see him fight Jimmie Rivera.
In recent years, the 28 year-old has established himself as one of the best bantamweights in the sport. His manager Ali Abdelaziz has confirmed to MMA Junkie that they continue to negotiate with the UFC.
Abdelaziz told the outlet that if Moraes signs with the UFC, that he’ll push for the promotion to book a Moraes – Jimmie Rivera fight for April 8th. UFC 210 is taking place that day in Buffalo, New York.
Rivera (20-1) is currently ranked #6 in the UFC’s 135 division, and is coming off a decision win over Urijah Faber.
Moraes (18-4-1) is riding a 13 fight winning streak, and is coming off a TKO win over Josenaldo Silva last month.
