Max Holloway Tells Conor McGregor “We Will Meet Again”
By FCF Staff
Max Holloway continues to rise up the featherweight rankings, and following his impressive win at UFC on FOX 15, he’s extended a warning to the last man who defeated him.
The 23 year-old fighter tapped out fellow contender, Cub Swanson on Saturday night, and in doing so, Holloway recorded his sixth straight win. The last time he was defeated was in August, 2013, when he was decisioned by Conor McGregor.
Following Saturday’s card, McGregor took a verbal shot at his fellow featherweights via Twitter, and Holloway tweeted the following response:
@TheNotoriousMMA hahahaha tag me next time don't need this subliminal message shit. We will meet again.

Holloway is ranked #9 in the UFC’s 145 division, but his position will surely rise as a result of defeating the #5 ranked, Swanson.
The #3 ranked McGregor, meanwhile, will face champion Jose Aldo on July 11th.
