According to Ariel Helwani, Michelle Waterson versus Amanda Lemos set for the UFC’s July 16th event. Bout will be contested at strawweight. Location will be revealed at a later date.

Michelle Waterson is returning to the octagon after an injury that forced her to withdraw from her bout with Amanda Ribas back in March. Waterson’s last bout was against Marina Rodriguez last March of 2021, where she lost via unanimous decision.

Amanda Lemos is looking to bounce back from her loss to Jessica Andrade last month, where she lost via standing arm triangle in the first round. The ever standing arm triangle applied in the UFC.
