The Nevada State Athletic Commission has disclosed what substance Jon Jones allegedly tested positive for, prior to UFC 200, and as reported, the fighter was flagged for estrogen blockers.

Recently Chael Sonnen and Rashad Evans reported that Jones tested positive for estrogen blockers, but no organization had confirmed those reports. According to MMA Fighting.com, the Nevada Commission relayed today that Jones’ tests included the anti-estrogenic agent Hydroxy-clomiphene, and Letrozole metabolite, which is an aromatase inhibitor.

Jones was scheduled to fight Daniel Cormier on July 9th, but was removed from the card, due to potential anti-doping violations. Since Jones was removed from the card, he has denied knowingly taking any banned substance.

If the interim light-heavyweight champ is unable to launch a successful appeal, Jones could be suspended for two years.
