The latest episode of Full Contact Fighter Radio features talks with Bellator welterweight champ Douglas Lima, UFC lightweight Joe Proctor, and MFC featherweight champ, Graham Spencer.

Lima is scheduled to return to action on February 27th, when he’ll face Strikeforce and UFC vet Paul Daley.

Proctor, meanwhile, is set to take on Yancy Medeiros at the TUF 20 Finale on December 12th.

Spencer is expected to return to action in January for the Maximum Fighting Championship, after spending nearly two years on the sidelines due to injury.
