Paulie Malignaggi Leaves Conor McGregor Camp, After Sparring Picture Posted
By FCF Staff
After sparring with Conor McGregor just two times, Paulie Malignaggi has announced he’s leaving the star’s training camp.
Malignaggi was brought in to help McGregor prepare for his August 26th boxing match with Floyd Mayweather. In recent months, the two have traded verbal shots through the media, and it was reported both of their sparring sessions were intense. More recently, Malignaggi relayed to the press that while McGregor hits hard, he claimed he doesn’t have “oh my God power”.
After a photo was posted on social media, however, showing Malignaggi down on the mat with McGregor overlooking him, the decorated boxer spoke out. Eventually, Malignaggi announced he is leaving McGregor’s camp.
