Not only is Luke Rockhold intent on fighting again, it looks like he’ll do so, outside of the UFC.

The former UFC and Strikeforce middleweight champ announced last August that he was hanging up the gloves, after losing by decision to Paulo Costa.

But, during a recent episode of “The MMA Hour“, the 38-year-old Rockhold reported that he requested his release from the UFC, and that it was granted. Rockhold also relayed that he feels “re-inspired” to fight again, and that he could be open to competing for Bellator, the PFL and ONE Championship.

Rockhold also noted that he’s interested in boxing and fighting “YouTubers”.

The decorated fighter, who has battled injuries in recent years, carries a record of 16-6. Rockhold’s last victory took place in 2017, when he stopped David Branch.
