Report: Chris Leben Receives 120 Day Jail Sentence, 3 Years of Probation

Chris Leben is heading to jail, after being accused of attempting to break-and-enter into his estranged wife’s San Diego apartment earlier this year.
According to a report from ABC 10 News, Leben has been sentenced to 120 days in jail, and three years of probation, and will report for custody on September 21st. The retired fighter has also been ordered to complete a 52 week domestic violence course.
Leben was reportedly armed with a hand gun and an assault rifle when he was arrested after the break-in attempt.
Following news of the incident, Leben insisted that he never “laid a hand” on his estranged wife. The latter has accused Leben of abusing her and threatening her life.
The 35 year-old Leben retired from pro MMA in 2013.
