Report: Dave Herman Arrested After Incident With Police

According to a report, UFC and Titan FC vet Dave Herman has been arrested in Indiana, after an alleged driving incident with police.
The Dekalb County Sheriff Department has released a statement on Facebook, which claims that Herman led authorities on a car chase, after refusing to stop. The report says Herman’s car had no headlights or taillights.
Herman allegedly stopped at a gas station a few miles later, and according to the report, the heavyweight approached them in an “aggressive manner”. Herman was reportedly tased and taken into custody.
The 30 year-old fighter has been charged with “Resisting law enforcement with a vehicle a level 6 felony, Battery against law enforcement a level 6 felony, Neglect of a dependant a level 6 felony, and Resisting law enforcement a Class A misdemeanor.”

The 22-6 fighter hasn’t competed since last May, when he scored a unanimous decision win over Kalib Starnes at Titan FC 28.
