By FCF Staff
Although the Ultimate Fighting Championship has yet to announce when and who Holly Holm will fight in her Octagon debut, according to a new report, the decorated boxer could face Milana Dudieva at UFC 181.
Holm, who has gone 7-0 since transitioning into MMA, finally signed with the UFC in July. In the latest episode of FOX Sports 1’s “UFC Tonight”, correspondent Ariel Helwani relayed that Holm-Dudieva is being targeted for December 6th.
Dudieva (11-3) made her UFC debut in August and worked her way to a split decision win over Elizabeth Phillips. The Russian bantamweight is 3-2 in her last 5 bouts.
Holm hasn’t competed since April, when she stopped Juliana Werner to win Legacy FC’s bantamweight title.
UFC 181 will be hosted by the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, and will feature welterweight champ Johny Hendricks taking on Robbie Lawler. The card will also see lightweight champ Anthony Pettis face Gilbert Melendez.
