Report: John Dodson – Merab Dvalishvili Bout Set
By FCF Staff
The UFC has reportedly booked a key bantamweight fight, as longtime contender John Dodson has agreed to fight Merab Dvalishvili.
Dodson (21-11) is coming off a stoppage win over Nathaniel Wood in February, after dropping consecutive fights to Petra Yan and Jimmie Rivera.
Dvalishvili (11-4) worked his way to a decision win over Gustavo Lopez in June, and has won four in a row.
UFC 252 will be headlined by a rubber match between heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier.
