Report: Josh Emmett to Fight Ricardo Lamas at UFC on FOX 26

After seeing his original opponent for UFC on FOX 26 moved to UFC 218, Ricardo Lamas will now reportedly face Josh Emmett on December 16th.
Lamas was scheduled to fight Jose Aldo at the Winnipeg event, but after Frankie Edgar was sidelined with an injury, Aldo was moved to a bout this Saturday with Max Holloway.
According to an initial report from Farah Hannoun, and follow up reports, Lamas – Emmett is now planned for UFC on FOX 26.
Lamas (18-5) is coming off a first round, stoppage win over Jason Knight in July, and Emmett (12-1) earned a decision victory over Felipe Arantes in October.
