Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and Pedro Carvalho didn’t fight this past March as scheduled, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic. But, it’s being reported that Bellator has rebooked the featherweight grand prix, quarterfinal match-up.

Bellator has reportedly, rebooked Freire – Carvalho for November 12th, and the fight is expected to take place in Uncasville, Connecticut. Source have informed MMA Fighting of the new booking.

Freire (30-4) hasn’t competed since last September, when he recorded a decision win over Juan Archuleta. The featherweight and lightweight champ has won five straight.

Carvalho (11-3) also hasn’t fought since September, when he submitted Sam Sicilia. The featherweight has won six in a row.
