UFC 259 will feature three title fights, as it’s being reported a bout between bantamweight champ Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling is targeted for the event.

Yan and Sterling were initially scheduled to fight at UFC 256 last month, but Yan withdrew due to personal reasons. Now MMA Junkie is reporting that the contracts have been delivered for Yan and Sterling to fight at the March 6th card.

Yan (15-1) secured the bantamweight title in July by stopping former featherweight champ, Jose Aldo.

Sterling (19-3) last competed in June, when he quickly tapped out Cory Sandhagen.

UFC 259 will also feature middleweight champion Israel Adesanya challenging new light heavyweight champ, Jan Blachowicz.

Amanda Nunes is also scheduled to defend the featherweight title against Megan Anderson.

UFC 259 does not have a location or venue determined yet.
