Report: UFC on FOX 11 Draws Just Under Two Million Viewers According to Early Figures
By FCF Staff
Although the consensus opinion was that the line-up for UFC on FOX 11 was considerably deep, according to preliminary figures, the card reportedly drew less than two million viewers.
UFC on FOX 11 was hosted by Orlando’s Amway Center, and in addition to a notable heavyweight bout between Travis Browne and Fabricio Werdum, the card featured big names like Miesha Tate and Donald Cerrone. According to a follow up report from MMA Fighting.com, the event averaged 1.98 million viewers. That is approximately 25% less than the number of people who tuned into UFC on FOX 10.
It should be noted that the final figures, which should come available in a day or two, are expected to be higher.
UFC on FOX 1 in November, 2011, which featured Cain Velasquez versus Junior dos Santos, drew approximately 5.7 million viewers. UFC on FOX 9 in December averaged around 2.41 million.
