It’s being reported that Valentina Shevchenko will look to defend the UFC’s flyweight title against Alexa Grasso next.

The renowned, 34-year-old champion has reportedly agreed to fight the 29-year-old Grasso at the UFC’s March 4th card in Las Vegas. The match-up was reported initially by ESPN Deportes.

Shevchenko (23-3) hasn’t fought since July, 2022, when she recorded a split decision win over Taila Santos. The champ has won nine straight bouts.

Grasso (15-3) fought Viviane Araújo in October and won the fight by unanimous decision. Grasso is riding a four-fight, winning streak.

UFC 285 will also feature Jon Jones versus Ciryl Gane for the vacant heavyweight title.
