Rizin FF: Fedor Emelianenko Takes Out Jaideep Singh, “King Mo” Wins HW Tournament

It didn’t take long for Fedor Emelianenko to score a victory in his long awaited return, as the former PRIDE champ stopped Jaideep Singh in the opening round at Rizin’s second event.
Emelianenko swept Singh to the floor a couple of minutes into the bout, and prompted a tap-out from the kickboxer with ground-and-pound strikes. The fight was Emelianenko’s first since 2012.
“King Mo” Lawal won the promotion’s two day, heavyweight tourney, by decisioning Teodoras Aukstuolis in the semis, and then knocking out Jiri Prochazka in the finals.
