Tim Kennedy Hoping to Fight “Fatter / Slower” Vitor Belfort Next
By FCF Staff
Tim Kennedy has repeatedly said he wants to fight Vitor Belfort, and following the latter’s win over Dan Henderson at UFC Fight Night 77, that clearly hasn’t changed.
Belfort took on Henderson on Saturday night, and stopped the legend in the opening round with a head kick and punches.
Recently Kennedy tweeted out the following comments about the fight and Belfort:
Finally got around to watching the @vitorbelfort fight. It looks like he is using less steroids (i.e. is fatter/slower)Hoping I get him next

Kennedy hasn’t fought since last September, when he incurred a controversial, stoppage loss to Yoel Romero. The decorated soldier had expressed reservations about fighting again, but more recently, Kennedy has said he hopes to fight competitors who have been caught for performance-enhancing-drugs.
