Tito Ortiz Tops UFC 132 Salary List

Tito Ortiz topped the disclosed payroll list for the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s latest event this past Saturday night in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the former light-heavyweight champ (pictured) collected $450,000 for his submission win over Ryan Bader. The purse is according to the figures that were released to FCF by the Nevada State Athletic Commission today.
The July 2nd, UFC 132 card was hosted by the city’s MGM Grand Garden Arena. Former Pride champion Wanderlei Silva was second to Ortiz, collecting $200,000 in his quick, knockout defeat at the hands of Chris Leben.
UFC Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz was reporedtly paid $40,000 for his unanimous decision win over challenger Urijah Faber, which included a $20,000 win bonus.
Here are the payouts that were disclosed to the NSAC for Saturday’s UFC 132. The figures below do not include any special bonuses the UFC may have agreed to pay a fighter or additional money paid to them by sponsors.
