UFC 195: Stipe Miocic Says “A Lot of Fireworks” Will Happen in Bout With Andrei Arlovski
By FCF Staff
Many fans and pundits believe tonight’s Andrei Arlovski – Stipe Miocic bout has the potential to be outstanding, and the latter, not surprisingly, doesn’t disagree.
The heavyweight fight will co-headline UFC 195, which will go down in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since both Arlovski and Miocic have been involved in memorable battles and are documented finishers, on paper, the bout should offer some entertaining action.
Recently Miocic spoke to UFC.com about tonight’s fight, and the 33 year-old contender stated this:
“He (Arlovski) is a tough guy and a former champ,” Miocic said. “He’s fought the best in the world and he’s gonna come in and be ready to fight, just like me. So I’m super excited. A lot of fireworks are gonna happen, and we’re going to put on a great show.”
Miocic (13-2) is coming off a one sided, stoppage win over Mark Hunt in May, and Arlovski (25-10) earned a UD win over Frank Mir in September.
UFC 195 will be hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
