The stakes for UFC 300 have gone up a notch or two, as UFC President Dana White announced Thursday the card’s performance bonuses will be significantly higher than the usual, $50,000.

At the pre-fight presser for Saturday’s event, White was asked if the bonuses for UFC 300 would be higher, as they were for UFC 100. After asking the fighters for their take, and following the suggestion they should be $300K, White agreed.

Saturday’s card is taking place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, light heavyweight champ Alex Pereira will battle former champ, Jamahal Hill.
