The Ultimate Fighting Championship has booked two more, notable bouts for its summer schedule, as Matt Brown will take on Nate Diaz, and Frank Mir will battle Todd Duffee.

The welterweight fight between Brown and Diaz will take place at UFC 189 on July 11th in Las Vegas.

Diaz (17-10) is returning to 170, after losing a clear cut, decision to lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos in December.

Brown (19-3), meanwhile, was decisioned by former welterweight champ Johny Hendricks at UFC 185 last month.

The heavyweight scrap between Mir and Duffee will headline UFC Fight Night 72, which will take place in San Diego on July 15th.

Duffee (9-2) knocked out Anthony Hamilton in his last outing at UFC 181 in December, and has won three in a row.

The former champ Mir (17-9), on the other hand, KO’d “Bigfoot” Silva in February to end a four fight losing streak.
