The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced that Stephen Thompson and Jorge Masvidal will fight at the promotion’s November 4th card in New York City. UFC 217 will be hosted by the iconic, Madison Square Garden.

Thompson (13-2-1) will be fighting for the first time since March, when he lost his rematch to welterweight champ Tyron Woodley via majority decision. The two battled to a draw last November.

Masvidal (32-12) is coming off a tightly contested, split decision loss to Demian Maia in May. Masvidal was riding a three fight winning streak heading into the bout.

UFC 217 will also include bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt taking on TJ Dillashaw, and middleweight champ Michael Bisping versus Georges St-Pierre.
