UFC: Donald Cerrone Claims Myles Jury Passed on December Fight
By FCF Staff
Recently Myles Jury relayed that a bout between himself and Donald Cerrone was in the works for January, but the latter is claiming that the lightweight passed on a chance to fight him in December.
Jury posted news of the potential fight on the Underground forum, by saying that both camps were interested in the bout, and that they were waiting to hear back about a potential date in January. Jury has also asked fans who they want him to fight in January via Twitter.
Cerrone, meanwhile, has since tweeted the following:
Yo @FuryJury don't try and start Twitter shit! You had the paper for dec. you turned it down!
Don't come out now and say your ready

The comments came after Cerrone tweeted that a potential fight was off, due to the fighter being “injured.”
Cerrone is coming off an impressive, unanimous decision win over Eddie Alvarez at UFC 178, while Jury stopped Takanori Gomi in the first round at UFC FN 52.
