UFC FN 40: Matt Brown Top Earner According to Payroll Figures

Matt Brown had a big night on Saturday, as not only did he score his seventh straight win at UFC FN 40, but the welterweight made well over six figures.
According to the payroll numbers that the Ohio State Athletic Commission released to Full Contact Fighter, Brown made $82,000 for his stoppage win over Erick Silva.
Brown was also paid $100,000 in bonus money, as the fighter earned “Performance of the Night” and “Fight of the Night” honors.
The night’s second highest earner, in terms of salary, was Ed Herman, who made $80,000 for his decision victory over Rafael Natal.
Here are the payroll figures that were disclosed to the Ohio Commission by the UFC. They do not include any additional income a fighter may have made via sponsorships or bonuses.
