After dropping his UFC debut to light-heavyweight contender Daniel Cormier in February, Patrick Cummins will look for his first Octagon victory versus Francimar Barroso on June 7th.

The bout will be part of UFC Fight Night 43, which will be hosted by the Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Cummins went 4-0 to begin his pro career, before he was tapped to fight Cormier on short notice at UFC 170. Cormier went on to stop his former, wrestling training partner in round one.

Barroso (16-4) will also be looking to get back on track, as the light-heavyweight is coming off a split decision loss to Hans Stringer at UFC FN 38 last month. The Nova Uniao fighter is 4-1 in his last 5 contests.

UFC FN 43 will be headlined by a lightweight bout between former champ Benson Henderson and Rustam Khabilov.
