On an evening that featured a modern era record of 11 finishes, Luke Rockhold, Louis Smolka, Robert Whittaker and Clint Hester earned bonuses at UFC Fight Night 55.

In the main event, Rockhold put away Michael Bisping with a head kick and a follow up guillotine choke in round two, and earned a “Performance of the Night” in doing so. The former Strikeforce champ also collected an extra $50,000 for the award.

The other “Performance of the Night” went to Louis Smolka, who dusted Richie Vaculik with a beautifully executed sidekick to the head in round three.

“Fight of the Night” went to Clint Hester and Robert Whittaker for their memorable fight, which saw the latter finish the bout in round two with a brutal knee and punches.

UFC Fight Night 55 was hosted by the Allphones Arena in Sydney, Australia.
