Rose Namajunas went out and scored a one sided, submission win over Paige VanZant at UFC Fight Night 80, and received a “Performance of the Night” for doing so,

Namajunas outgunned the very game VanZanat throughout the bout, and finally, finished the fight with a fifth round, rear-naked-choke. “Thug” earned an extra $50,000 with the award.

The other “POTN” went to Tim Means, who scored an emphatic, second round KO win over John Howard. Means ended the fight with a cracking left hook.

“Fight of the Night” went to Jim Miller and Michael Chiesa for their entertaining, battle. Chiesa put Miller away with a second round, RNC after the latter went for a leglock and was countered with punches.

UFC FN 80 took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
