The good news is that there are more seats at this venue (and really nice seating). Fans can order tickets by phone as well as by getting them at the box office.

From the event’s promoter:

Due to the tragedy which occured last week,
the venue for RSF "Circle of Truth II" has changed.

Promoter Jamie Levine has been working hard to organize the "Circle of Truth II" to be held on September 22. The event was originally scheduled to take place at the Georgia National Guard Armory in Savannah, however in light of recent events, the venue is now on full lockdown and being used to house troops who are on high alert. Jamie Levine has sold over 1500 tickets already and adamantly feels the show must go on. Levine states, "I’m working on choosing a venue very soon and I want the people to know that the RSF will go on as planned and to prepare for a great show!" The new venue will be announced shortly.
