Brendan Allen took another step towards title contention on Saturday at UFC Vegas 82, by tapping out submission artist, Paul Craig.

Allen (23-5) controlled much of the fight from the top position and in round three, secured a fight-ending, rear-naked-choke. The victory extended the middleweight’s winning streak to six.

Heading into this weekend’s action, Allen was ranked #10 in the UFC’s middleweight division.

Craig (17-7-1), meanwhile, has lost three of his last four bouts.
