WSOF 23: Justin Gaethje Takes Out Luis Palomino in Another Thriller
By FCF Staff
Justin Gaethje took some heavy shots from Luis Palomino early on at WSOF 23, but the lightweight champ weathered the storm, and took out the challenger in round two.
Gaethje floored Palomino with a right hook in the second frame, and finished the thrilling fight with follow up strikes. It marks the second time Gaethje has stopped Palomino, as the undefeated fighter defeated the latter in March.
In the co-headliner, middleweight champ David Branch secured the inaugural light-heavyweight title, by submitting Teddy Holder.
