Zac Pauga and Terrance Jean Jacques will square off at CW 126 in San Diego.

The light-heavyweight contest will go ahead on 1st August in San Diego, CA, at Humphrey’s by the Bay, and joins an already impressive card of fights.

Speaking on the announcement of the fight, Cage Warriors president, Graham Boylan, said: “This is a fight I’m really excited to see.

“Pauga comes in with a 3-0 record as a pro and went undefeated as an amateur, and then in the other corner, you have the slightly more experienced Jean-Jacques who has finished his last two fights.

“Both men will want to put on a show on a big stage and I know our fans will enjoy this fight!”

Jean-Jacques brings amateur wrestling experience to the table along with his 5-2 record, having won a state title at the high school level, before going on to record a 22-6 record in college.

Talking about his upcoming fight, Jean-Jacques said: “It’s an exciting fight being as it’s the first one CW has had in California ever.

“It’s a good opportunity to show the world on a much bigger platform what I’m capable of and it’s pushed me to make sure I do so.

“My opponent also comes from a great gym with great partners so this is a chance to show my progression.

“This will definitely be the biggest fight of my life and I believe I can launch my career with a good showing.”

His opponent, Zac Pauga, comes to Cage Warriors with a 3-0 record as a pro and this will be a chance to record his third win of the year.

Speaking ahead of the fight, Pauga revealed: “I’m very excited to test myself against a tough opponent in one of the top organizations.”
