Furious Mark Hunt Blasts The UFC Over Brock Lesnar’s Failed Tests: “F-ck The Company”

Mark Hunt

By FCF Staff

Mark Hunt has been highly critical of the UFC, since it’s been revealed that Brock Lesnar failed two drug tests tied to UFC 200, and the heavyweight continues to blast the promotion.

Immediately after it was announced Lesnar has been informed of a potential anti-doping violation, Hunt demanded that the UFC pay him the money the pro-wrestling star earned on July 9th. Prior to UFC 200, the UFC waved USADA’s four month, test requirement for Lesnar, since his bout with Mark Hunt wasn’t booked until approximately one month prior. The requirement is in place for fighters who are returning to competition, and have not been regularly tested in the preceding weeks.

The feared slugger appeared on the latest “MMA Hour” Monday, and during the interview, Hunt continued to fire away at the UFC (quote via MMA Fighting.com):

“What upsets me about that is, I’m just thinking maybe they knew,” Hunt said. “Did they know about this? Is that why they’re not doing anything about it? Did they give this f*cking fool an exemption for four months because they knew about this? Because surely if they knew about this, they don’t give a rat’s about any of us. ‘Hey man, we’ll let this juiced up freaking money go in here and then go and fight with this guy.’ I mean, shucks, people say you should have a rematch with him. I wouldn’t want to waste my time with that. He’s rubbish. And they say ‘he beat you up.’ If he didn’t stick a needle in his ass, then maybe it would be different…”

“People are scared for years because the company is going to get them,” Hunt added later. “Well, f*ck the company. They don’t give a sh*t about you or anyone else. If I walk away now, I don’t care. I walk away knowing that I haven’t cheated to get in this spot…”

Lesnar, who tested positive for the anti-estrogen agent hydroxy-clomiphene, has only relayed publicly that they “will get to the bottom of this”. The wrestler earned a unanimous decision win over Hunt at UFC 200.
