Last month it was reported that Tony Ferguson’s wife had filed for a temporary restraining order against the former UFC champ. But, according to a new report, Cristina Ferguson is no longer proceeding with the case.

The request was initially filed as a result of the 35-year-old allegedly behaving erratically, which prompted visits to Ferguson’s home by authorities. Since then, Tony Ferguson has said he planned to get help, and MMA Fighting is reporting Cristina Ferguson’s lawyer confirmed there are no “matters pending in this case”.

The former interim lightweight champ was never charged with any crime. Cristina Ferguson also said last month that the fighter is a “good husband” and “father” and that the restraining order request was made in an effort to get him help.
