Hector Lombard may have recently relayed he isn’t “impressed” with Matt Brown’s recent run, but it looks as though he may face Dong Hyun Kim next.

The UFC is reportedly trying to book a bout between Lombard and Kim for August 23rd, according to the latest episode of “UFC Tonight.” The fight would take place in Macau, China, on a UFC Fight Night card.

Lombard (34-4-1) is coming off back-to-back wins over Nate Marquardt and Jake Shields, since he dropped down from middleweight to compete at 170. The 36 year-old fighter is currently ranked #7 in the UFC’s welterweight division.

Kim (19-2-1), meanwhile, has won four straight bouts since he was defeated by Demian Maia in 2012. More recently, the #9 ranked welterweight has scored KO wins over Erick Silva and John Hathaway.
