Yoel Romero Responds to Michael Bisping’s Ultimatum to GSP
By FCF Staff
Recently Michael Bisping relayed that if Georges St-Pierre doesn’t commit to a bout this summer, he’s going to fight Yoel Romero instead, but the latter isn’t buying it.
On a recent episode of Bisping’s podcast, the middleweight champ said he wants to fight St-Pierre on July 8th. The outspoken fighter said he’s willing to battle GSP a little after that date, but that he’ll fight Romero instead, if the former welterweight champ doesn’t agree to fight this summer.
Since then, Romero tweeted out the following response:
I think @bisping will do as gsp wants. He doesn't have the heart nor the juevos to fight me. If he did he would fight me in July. #ynuevo https://t.co/AOy8wUU548

Romero is coming off an electrifying, stoppage win over Chris Weidman in November. Until St-Pierre signed a new deal with the UFC, the Cuban wrestler was expected to challenge for the title next.
