After years of ongoing, legal action, a judge has approved a settlement that was recently reached to close a multi-million dollar antitrust lawsuit against the UFC.

Earlier this year, a judge denied a $335 million dollar settlement that was reached between the UFC’s parent company, TKO Holdings, and the parties of two, antitrust lawsuits brought by various fighters. More recently, however, the parties agreed on a new $375 million dollar settlement.

According to a recent report from MMA Fighting.com, Judge Richard Boulware has issued a preliminary approval of the terms for the new settlement.
