Following the news that Khamzat Chimaev has withdrawn from a January 20 bout with Leon Edwards, Kevin Holland has offered to fight ‘Rocky’.

Recently it was reported that Chimaev has dropped out of the card’s headliner, due to undisclosed reasons. Sinc then, Holland posted the comments below.

“Hold up, so am I hearing the [UFC Fight Island] hotel has a vacancy and needs a real man to come and do work January 20th?”

“Brett- let’s not get ahead of ourselves. @Leon_edwardsmma needs an opponent….. Big Mouth is Calling.”

Holland (21-5), who has been competing in the UFC’s middleweight division, is coming off an electrifying KO win over ‘Jacare’ Souza.

The welterweight contender Edwards (18-3) hasn’t fought since July, 2019 when defeated Rafael dos Anjos via decision.
