Rafael dos Anjos Calls Out Michael Chandler, Following Islam Makhachev’s Withdrawal

Following the news that Islam Makhachev has been forced off UFC Vegas 14, Rafael dos Anjos has challenged Michael Chandler.
Dos Anjos was booked to fight Makhachev in the headliner of next Saturday’s event, but recently it was reported the lightweight has withdrawn due to an undisclosed injury.
Since news of Makhachev’s withdrawal surfaced, the former lightweight champ tweeted out this.

The 36-year-old dos Anjos (29-13) is set to return to lightweight for the first time since 2016. The accomplished fighter went 4-4 while competing at welterweight.
The former Bellator champ Chandler (21-5) has yet to be booked for his UFC debut. The 34-year-old served as an alternate for the October 24th bout between Justin Gaethje and champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov.
