After ruling against an initial settlement to bring two, multi-million dollar antitrust lawsuits against the UFC to a close, a Nevada judge has set a new trial.

Earlier this year, Judge Richard Boulware denied the $335 million dollar settlement reached between the UFC’s parent company, TKO Holdings, and the parties of two, antitrust lawsuits brought by various fighters.

According to a new report from MMA Fighting, Boulware has set a new trial for February 5th, 2025. The judge confirmed that the date will not be changed, unless a preliminary settlement is agreed on by the parties.
